Meditation in Modern life

lets start with meditation.this is very interesting and miraculous subject in this modern era.most of people heard about miracles through meditation but some of people know how is this possible.meditation helps to source infinite power to mind. fore that we have to take some more knowledge about meditation.this is a source of energy.Almost 99% of the mass of the human body is made up of six elements: oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium, and phosphorus. Only about 0.85% is composed of another five elements: potassium, sulfur, sodium, chlorine, and magnesium. All are necessary to life.why we are different from animal.there is lot of animal match the similar body structure like human but only one thing there is vast different that thing put human into a separate category that thing is mind.human brain is more advance than animal brain and we can use this tool to do miracles.therefore we have to develop our mind thought meditation.

Whats is Meditation ?

Meditation is practices of  concentration for relaxing mind and reduce stress.mind main function is thinking,feeling and wanting.the average person has “70,000 thoughts per day”.this is combination of positive and negative thought.when the negative thought is more than positive that time we feel stress.so how we can ride over this negativity.easy and best solution is do meditation.

How to do meditation ?

firstly you find a comfortable place where no one can disturb you and than take comfortable sitting position.

follow the below mention steps.

1) close eyes and concentrate on breath.
2) take deep air inside wait for a second and release.
3) one more time take air inside and wait than release. follow same step 5-6 time.

  now,open your eyes you  feel relax and better.

it is so simple and any one can do this.

There is also more different kind of mind practices but initial we start simple and easy.
