we did daily work and got tried therefore we have to sleep and we feel comfort.it is natural.we are daily working 8 to 16 hours as well we taking sleep and giving rest to our body is compulsory.when we sleep we are getting only some part of natural energy which is not enough therefor we live with hopeless,irritable and wasted life.we get must power and energy from yoga and meditation.
