In this Modern life most of people are daily dealing with stress.first of all we have to know what is signs of stress.commonly when we feel Frequent headaches,Unexplained or frequent “allergy” attacks,Difficulty breathing,rapid pulse,Excess anxiety, worry, guilt, nervousness,Depression,Insomnia,Difficulty concentrating, racing thoughts,Feeling overloaded or overwhelmed,Reduced work efficiency or productivity,Increased smoking, alcohol or drug use at means your in stress.Stress is reaction of mind toward any kind of demand or threat.

  If your body is home of disease that means your getting stress.if your taking more stress it means your inviting Heart disease,Asthma,Diabetes,Headaches,Depression and it also result into Premature death.when you continuously thinking one and same thing which is out of your mind your feeling confuse not getting any idea and still your thinking and not getting solution it means how much you thing that much you will be in stress.In simple word,when we are not clear on thing and not getting solution of problem that time our mind loss his focus therefore we see reaction like confusion,Memory problems,Inability to concentrate all mind related problem start from stress.further more our mind always give direction to our other body part.just thing if you are driving car and suddenly you lose all control what will happen next you know.In short Stress is yield of mind but its roots can damage you mentally and physically.

there is various kind of stress but focusing on main part that define three types of stress — acute stress, episodic acute stress, and chronic stress.

If you are thinking about your past or future demand or event or things and continuously thinking not getting solution that means your stress is acute stress.It comes from demands and pressures of the recent past or the near future.this kind of stress is common in modern life.its short term stress toward any kind of demands and pressures.

It is common for people with acute stress reactions to be over aroused, short-tempered, irritable, anxious and tense.Psychological symptoms such as anxiety, low mood, irritability, emotional ups and downs, poor sleep, poor concentration, wanting to be alone.Recurrent dreams or flashbacks, which can be intrusive and unpleasant.Avoidance of anything that will trigger memories. This may leads avoiding people, conversations, or other situations, as they cause distress and anxiety.Reckless or aggressive behavior that may be self-destructive.

Adverse Effects of acute stress toward health is back pains and general muscular problems,emotional anguish,A thumping heart,Feeling sick,Chest pain,shortness of breath ,Headaches,Tummy pains,Breathing difficulties.

2) Episodic cute stress


Episodic cute this kind of people can not deal with demands and pressures.if you are taking acute stress more frequently than it affect as Episodic cute stress.who is suffering from Episodic acute stress they can not organised themselves they take too much on.it result defect of relationships with family and other at the workplace.
The workplace becomes a very stressful place for them.

The world is a dangerous, unrewarding, punitive place where something awful is always about to happen. These "awfulizers" also tend to be over aroused and tense, but are more anxious and depressed than angry and hostile.

Its make physically damage as prolonged over stimulation, persistent tension, headaches or migraines, hypertension and chest pains and heart disease.

3) Chronic stress 


If you are continuously taking stress for poverty,dysfunctional families,being trapped in an unhappy marriage or in a despised job or career and it result into ill health, alcohol excess,smoking and drug addiction.it means you are in the grip of chronic stress.

Chronic stress comes when a person never sees a way out of a miserable situation. It's the stress of unrelenting demands and pressures for seemingly interminable periods of time. With no hope, the individual gives up searching for solutions.

Chronic stress is stress that someone can feel when they can’t see a way out of the demands and/or pressures that are making them feel depressed, miserable and disheartened on a continual basis.

Chronic stress is the stress that can wear a sufferer down making them feel “burned-out”. It's the stress that the never-ending "troubles".

This kind of stress come from traumatic, early childhood experiences, A view of the world, or a belief system and create unending stress for the individual.

Chronic stress kills through suicide, violence, heart attack, stroke and, perhaps, even cancer.

So now start to avoid stress. because If you want to be successful and prosperous in your life first step is to remove stress from your life. 

We can easily come out from stress therefore we have to busy our mind in other gaining activity.like exercise,market walk,singing and lisning songs etc.
Stress is mental process so we can solve this mentally.if you ask how so my answer is meditation and yoga.why because it's help to focus on ourselves and directly related with mind and body realization.the ancient people used meditation and yoga for healthy life but in modern life only some are following this rule.if you properly know about psychology than you may know "depression is often the result of over thinking,our mind create problems that initially did't exist"."Religious practices, like prayer and attending services, is associated with lower levels of psychological distress." "Crying makes you feel better, reduces stress, and may help to keep the body healthy."

Main reason behind stress is your negative thinking.so first always prepare your self nothing is impossible in this world.therefore always thing positive and be positive.

Unhealthy ways of overcome with stress.

This Things temporarily reduce stress, but they cause more damage at coming day.

1) Start Smoking
2) Drinking too much water or alcohol
3) Bingeing on junk or comfort food
4) Zoning out for hours in front of the TV or computer
5) Withdrawing from friends, family, and activities
6) Using pills or drugs to relax
7) Sleeping too much
8) Procrastinating
9) Filling up every minute of the day to avoid facing problems
10) Taking out your stress on others (lashing out, angry outbursts, physical violence)

This all thing enough to damage your family and social life.

1) listen songs.When you feel stressed turn on music or FM get involve ourselves into songs.it will help you to divert your mind.

2) Don't take life so seriously.Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated by thinking so much and giving pressures on mind.Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.

3) Make conversation with friends.openly share your thought and idea with friends.express your feeling.

4) Prepare daily schedule and follow it.

5) Spend time with family mostly with kid.play with kid.

6) Always thing positive and set positiveness on  your mind nothing is impossible.always see world from positive eyes.make concentration on "you can do everything & anything".how it doesn't matter.do not thing for that.

7) Do regular exercise.

8) Enjoy  life get participation on event,party,function etc.

9) Always keep smile.It helps you feel comfortable in any situation.
